Christina A. “Lady” Wolfe-Brant, 64, of Cutler, formerly of Murray City, Ohio, went home to be with Jesus on Monday (March 25, 2013) at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
Christina was born Jan. 28, 1949, in Logan, Ohio, to Wallace V. and Barbara A. Wolfe. She was a 1967 graduate of Buchtel-York High School; and Miss Murray City in 1967 in the Parade of the Hills in Nelsonville, Ohio. Christina belonged to the Ladies Aid and Senior Citizens Center in Cutler; and a member of the New Beginnings Community Church in Murray City. She loved all of her grandchildren; and enjoyed her sun room and her flowers.
Surviving are her husband, Michael L. Brant; daughter, Kelly C. (Phil) Riley of Murray City; son, Sam J. (Niki) Crihfield of Millfield; grandchildren, Tessa and Becca Hill, Josie, Seth, Noah, Hannah, Joshua, Emma, Maddie, Josiah, Judah, and Abbie Crihfield; and brother, Larry (Sandy) Wolfe of Murray City.
Christina was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday (March 30, 2013) at Brown Funeral Home, Murray City, with the Rev. Larry Wolfe officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Murray City.
Calling hours will be observed Friday (March 29, 2013) from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
