You won’t believe what’s behind this lawsuit!

This lawsuit will affect everyone, everywhere.

This young lady was required to say the Mexican Pledge and sing the Mexican National Anthem. She didn’t, and failed. She has now filed suit.

Regarding the pledge, it’s interesting to note that had this girl had been required to salute the U.S. flag and do U.S. pledge, this would have been unconstitutional, in fact the Supreme Court ruled in nine West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319US624)

(1943) that compulsory requirement to pledge to the flag by school children violated the First Amendment. It’s astonishing to me that this school district somehow thought that a compulsory pledge to another flag would somehow be fine. The Mexican National Anthem was written in 1845, it references to a battle in which the killing of 13,283 U.S. citizens. Texas high school student has filed a federal lawsuit against her school and teacher after she was punished for refusing to salute and recite the Mexican pledge of allegiance. They did offer her an alternative, to write a half-page in Spanish. She did, an received a “F.” This 15-year-old girl’s constitutional rights were violated. B.B. who is the daughter of a Mexican immigrant and a U.S. father, refused. She believed it was unAmerican to pledge a loyalty oath to another country.

Texas taxpayers will have to pay for the school lawyer, the lawyers for the young lady and any damage that are levied as a result. Taxpayer must pay (under s/c1983) ruling. Many unhappy people against the school. Many feel if we pledge to Mexico, we should be sent to Mexico. Only one pledge and one National Anthem should be said in this country.

School failed a (15-year-old girl) girl for refusing to sing the Mexican National Anthem and say the pledge to a foreign flag, and now if or when she wins. Thank God for a few with a backbone. Based on a report from American Legion computer burn pit February 2013.
