Fish fry fundraiser for Right Path

The Right Path for Washington County’s fourth annual all-you-can eat $10 fish fry fundraiser will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. May 31 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5108, 319 Pike St., Marietta. There will be celebrity cooks and servers, music, a 50/50 drawing and silent auction. For advance tickets or to donate an item for silent auction, call 374-6990.

Dust control orders in Liberty Twp.

Liberty Township Trustees will be putting down dust control in early June. If any resident is interested, checks can be given to any trustee or mailed to the fiscal officer’s residence: Emily Griffin, 5505 Dalzell Rd. Whipple, Ohio 45788 by May 30. The cost is $3.26 per gallon @ 40 gallons ($130.40 per batch), covering 100 feet and reaching 9 feet wide. Residents are responsible for paying for the dust control and the township will cover the cost of the pea gravel.

Waterford alumni banquet May 25

The 109th annual Waterford alumni banquet will be May 25 in the Waterford High School gymnasium. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Citizens Bank of Beverly, Waterford Commercial and Savings Bank, Jukebox Pizza, First Impressions Salon and Turners 1 Stop Shop. The deadline to purchase tickets is Saturday. Seating for the banquet starts at 5:45 p.m. with the banquet starting at 6:30 p.m.

State rep to meet

at Lookout Park

Ohio Rep. Debbie Phillips, D-Albany, will hold a community roundtable meeting at 1 p.m. Monday at Lookout Park, 801 Lancaster St., Marietta.

Artsbridge picnic fundraiser Friday

The Artsbridge 2013 Garden Party Picnic Fundraiser will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Marietta College President’s House, 301 Fifth St. Tickets start at $50 a person and include a picnic basket, select wines, entertainment by River Cities Symphony Orchestra quartet and docent guided tours of the home.
