Amanda Rae Hartley and Kurt David Brammer were united in marriage on Oct. 19, 2013, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Grove City, Ohio. Deacon Knapke officiated the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Renee Hartley of Etna, Ohio. She is the granddaughter of Catherine Burgstaller and Dorothy Hartley.

The bridegroom is the son of Jeff and Kay Brammer of Lowell.

She is a 2004 graduate of Watkins Memorial High School, a 2008 graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she also obtained her master’s degree in 2011. She is employed as a Registered Dietitian at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry.

He is a 2003 graduate of Marietta High School and a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University. He obtained his master’s degree in 2010 from Bowling Green State University. He is the head of Nutrition Services at Cumberland Pointe and Park Health Center in St. Clairsville.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the alter by her father. She wore a strapless ivory laxe taffeta A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline and a beaded sash. She had a fingertip length veil with matching crystals and beading along the edges. Her bouquet was an assortment of Alejandro, English garden and cherry Brandy roses, sprinkled with Lisianthus with a mix of coral, peach and white accents.

The organist was Kim Nocero.

Audrey Stelzer and Marissa Walter, both sisters of the bride, served as matrons of honor. Bridesmaids were Carrie Brammer, Karla Khalifa, Jaclyn Loschiano and Kim Venetis. They wore cocktail length navy strapless satin dresses with sweetheart necklines and carried a smaller version of the bride’s flowers. The flower girls were Kaylee Stelzer, Morgan Stelzer and Ellie Hartley, all nieces of the bride.

Jeff Covault served as the best man. Groomsmen were Drew Hartley, Ryan Britt, Adam Miller and Sean Mattes. The ring bearer was Jason Stelzer, nephew of the bride.

The reception was held at The Heimut Haus in Grove City.

After a wedding trip to Nashville they reside in St. Clairsville.
