Offenberger

Joshua Derick Offenberger and Shannon Stephanie Offenberger, of Vienna, W.Va., announce the birth of their daughter, Anna Caroline Offenberger. She was born at 12:53 p.m. Feb. 20, 2014, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds and was 20 inches long.

Pennock

Daniel and Judy Pennock, of Parkersburg, announce the birth of their son, Sam Pennock. He was born Sept. 9, 2013. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 19 inches long. The baby has one sibling, Isaac.

Maternal grandparents are John and Celia Pettit of Gas City, Ind., and paternal grandparents Dan and Janie Pennock of Mineral Wells, W.Va. Great-grandparents are John and Janet Jordan of Laveen, Ariz., and Alva and Pat Pennock of Parkersburg.

Pogorelski

Kourtney and Sam Pogorelski, of Vincent, announce the birth of their daughter, Izabella Leora Pogorelski. She was born at 3:04 p.m. April 2, 2014, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19.75 inches long. The baby has one sibling, Zariah Lael Pogorelski.
